    When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to give us:

    • name, work email, company and phone number;
    • the services, budget range and timeline you select, and your message;
    • how you found us (campaign tags in the link you followed and the referring website), if available.

    To prevent spam we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address — never the address itself. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and reports aggregated visit statistics only.

  3. 03Why we use it

    To reply to your enquiry, schedule calls, prepare proposals and keep a record of our conversation, and to protect the website from abuse. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  4. 04Who processes it for us

    We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

    • Cloudflare — hosting, database, security (Turnstile) and analytics;
    • Resend — sending our reply and confirmation emails;
    • Cal.com — if you book a call through the calendar;
    • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there.

  5. 05How long we keep it
